Tech Terrace
Centrally located just south of Texas Tech, with tree-lined streets, walkable parks, and character-rich older homes. Popular for its location and genuine sense of community.
Melonie Park
A quiet, established area known for mature trees and settled streets — the kind of neighborhood that feels calm the moment you turn in.
Northridge (West Lubbock)
Newer construction with easy access to the West End shopping area and a straightforward drive downtown. Convenient and low-fuss.
Wolfforth
Just southwest of Lubbock proper, with a small-town, look-out-for-each-other feel while staying close to everything the city offers.
South Lubbock — the new-construction corridor
