BRE BROSSMANREALTY REFINED
THE BRE STANDARD · LUBBOCK, MAPPED
Every neighborhood map of Lubbock online is a listing search wearing a costume. This one is different: 15 areas, each drawn from the city's own recorded plats and official boundaries, each with a local REALTOR®'s verified take. Tap an area to read it. When a guide exists, it's linked; when it doesn't yet, ask Bre — she'll give you the current picture directly.

Local orgs, builders, bloggers, relocation teams — the mini-map of any area is free to embed. Pick an area, copy the snippet, paste it into your page. All we ask is the credit line stays.
The 15 boundaries on this map are published as an open dataset: areas.geojson (GeoJSON, ~21 KB). Licensed CC BY 4.0 — free for any use with credit to Bre Brossman, REALTOR® · brehappy.homes. Derived from City of Lubbock platted-subdivision records and US Census TIGERweb boundaries; boundaries are approximate marketing areas, not official or surveyed lines.
Boundaries were built from the City of Lubbock's recorded plat data and US Census boundaries in August 2026, then simplified into readable marketing areas — they are approximate and are not survey, appraisal-district, or jurisdictional lines. Area descriptions describe places, housing stock, and governance structures only. School district notes on the guides are zoning facts to verify by address, never rankings. If a boundary looks off to you, tell Bre — this map gets corrected, not defended.
