Most neighborhood pages online are recycled builder copy. They repeat prices that expired two years ago, name schools that no longer serve the address, and draw boundaries that sweep in a different subdivision entirely.
These guides are different in one specific way: every fact on them was checked against a primary public source on a stated date, and anything that couldn't be verified was cut instead of estimated. Where a number genuinely isn't knowable from public record — an association's current dues, a builder's live lot inventory — the guide says so and tells you who to ask.

A small incorporated lake town in Yellow House Canyon, a short drive east of Lubbock. Southwest Lubbock, 79424. Half-acre custom homesites on city water, with bricked outdoor shops permitted. Covers the property owners association that spans three subdivisions and excludes some lots entirely, the correct ZIP, current builder activity, and the real top of the market — which is roughly half a million dollars above what most write-ups claim.
