Who the Avalon is for
It fits if
- You want to shop homesites rather than floor plans. With the Avalon the house is close to a constant, so the lot, the street and the garage are the real variables.
- You want a choice between two communities — Hatton Place and Eastwick at Kelsey Park both have one.
Look elsewhere if
- You want the plan to stretch. It does not. If you need meaningfully more room, you are looking at the wrong plan.
- You need a fifth bedroom or a fourth bath.
What I’d want you to know before you walk it
The garage is where the money is
Three of the four listed Avalons are two-car and one is a three-car. On a plan this consistent, that is the single biggest difference between the homes — worth more attention than the square footage.
Bonus room on all four
Every listed Avalon carries the bonus room as its standout feature. If you do not want a bonus room, you are paying for one anyway.
