It fits if

Look elsewhere if
- You want the space inside instead. At 2,736 to 2,795 square feet the Weldon is mid-sized; the garage is where the volume went.
- You want a tandem-free layout — the three- and four-car configurations here are tandem, meaning cars park in line, not side by side.
What I’d want you to know before you walk it
Tandem is not the same as side-by-side
A three-car tandem means one bay is behind another. For a workshop or a rarely-driven third vehicle that is fine. For three daily drivers it is a real inconvenience, every day. This is the single most misunderstood specification in the lineup.
The four-car is one home, and it is under contract
The 2,795 square foot Weldon at Eastwick with the four-car tandem is currently under contract. If the four-bay garage is why you are here, ask what else is coming.
