What I’d want you to know before you walk it
The garage is the compromise
This is the largest plan Ventura currently lists on a two-car garage. If you have three vehicles, or two vehicles and anything else, that is the constraint that will define the house for you.
Ventura leaves the story count blank
The Floors field is empty on all four listed Laderas. Every one of the four listing titles reads “Two-Story,” and that is what I am going on — Ventura’s own titles, not their spec field. Confirm on site.
