Across the 4 listed homes, floor area runs 2,500 to 2,852 sq ft — a spread of 352 sq ft. Every figure above is read from Ventura Homes’ own listing pages for the 4 Bell homes they had listed on 2026-08-30 — not from a brochure and not from a listing portal. Floor area varies home to home, so this is the observed range rather than a single headline number. Pricing is not published here; ask for current figures.
Who the Bell is for
It fits if
- You want four bedrooms at the smallest footprint Ventura is currently listing in Brooke Heights.
- The half-bath arithmetic works for your household — four bedrooms sharing two full baths.
Look elsewhere if
- You need a third full bath. Every Bell listed is 2.5, without exception.
- You need three garage bays. All four listed Bells are two-car.
What I’d want you to know before you walk it
Ask which Bell you are actually walking
Two of the four listed Bells are 2,500 square feet. The other two are 2,818 and 2,852. That is a 352 square foot spread on one plan name — the difference between a modest four-bedroom and a substantial one. “A Bell” does not tell you which house you are getting.
The bath count is the real ceiling
At 2,852 square feet the largest listed Bell is bigger than the Weldon and the Redding, both of which carry three full baths. If bathrooms matter more than floor area, the Bell is the wrong end of that trade.
Where it’s being built
As of 2026-08-30, Ventura had 4 Bell homes listed — in Brooke Heights. That count moves week to week, so treat it as a snapshot with a date on it rather than a live figure. Ventura’s current Bell listings ↗ are the live source — or ask Bre and she will tell you what is actually available, including anything not yet posted.
