The Sacramento
Ventura lists two homes at The Ridge under the Sacramento floor plan — and both of those homes display “Calabasas” in their own floor-plan field. Until that is resolved I am not publishing specifications for the Sacramento.
⚠ Specifications withheld — sources conflict
This page deliberately carries no square footage, bed count, bath count or garage configuration for the Sacramento. That is not an oversight and it is not a gap I intend to quietly fill later with a plausible number.
What I can verify
Sacramento is a live floor-plan category on Ventura Homes’ own site, and two homes at The Ridge are filed under it. Both are on 104th Street. That much is consistent across every source I read.
What I will not publish
Square footage, bed and bath counts, garage configuration and story count. The two homes filed as Sacramento each carry “Calabasas” in the Floor Plan field on their own listing page. One of those two labels is wrong, and there is no way to tell which from the outside. Publishing either set of numbers under the Sacramento name would mean picking one at random and presenting it as fact.
Why this matters to you and not just to me
If you have seen a Sacramento square footage quoted on a listing portal, it was most likely scraped from those same two listings — which means it inherits the same conflict without telling you. A number being widely repeated is not the same as a number being right.
What to do about it
Ask Ventura directly whether the Sacramento is a distinct plan or a naming variant of the Calabasas, and get the answer in writing before it informs a decision. Bre can put that question to them for you — it is a short call, and it is the kind of thing a buyer’s agent is for.
