The Brooke Heights Carson is 4,551 square feet on a plain two-car garage. The Enclave home adds a detached bay for three total. On a home this size that is the first thing I would push on, because it is the hardest thing to fix later.
Two homes, two very different propositions
One is in The Enclave at Kelsey Park with a swimming pool; the other is in Brooke Heights with three living areas. Same plan name, materially different buys. Do not treat them as interchangeable.
